Technical Data

1. Material & Coating: Made of ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide (0.2 – 0.4μm grain size) with hardness up to HRA 92+. Optional coatings like TiAlN, AlCrN and TiCN are available to enhance wear resistance.
2. Key Dimensions: Common diameter range 4 – 32mm, customizable for non-standard sizes; usually 2 – 6 flutes, with helix angles of 0°/15°/25° etc. Shank adopts straight shank design with H6 tolerance, and the reaming depth can reach 5×D.
3. Cooling & Cutting Params: Built-in axial internal cooling holes, compatible with coolant supply systems; cutting speed ranges 15 – 40m/min, feed per tooth 0.05 – 0.2mm/z, suitable for CNC machining centers and turret lathes.
4. Precision: Machining tolerance up to IT5 – IT7 grade, and the surface roughness of the processed holes can be as low as Ra 0.4μm, ensuring good roundness and cylindricity.
