Blade Material Mainly high-grade 60Cr-V (chromium-vanadium steel), and some models adopt chrome steel. The material ensures high hardness and wear resistance.
Blade Hardness The blade reaches HRC 57 – 62° after heat treatment, which can resist deformation and avoid edge curling during woodworking.
Common Sizes Available in multiple specifications to meet diverse needs, such as metric sizes including 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm up to 25mm; imperial sizes like 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″.
Handle & Structure The handle is made of TPR (some combined with PP). Most products have a through-blade design that extends into the handle. The net weight of a single chisel is about 0.16 – 0.2kg.
Surface Treatment Blades are often fully polished, lacquered or blackened, which enhances corrosion and rust resistance.
