Product Details

Technical Data

  1. Materials & Surface: The drill body is made of heat-treated high-carbon steel, and the cutting tip is tungsten carbide for enhanced hardness. Its surface often has finishes like blue/red paint or sand plating; some customized models also have colored coatings such as gold and black.
  2. Key Dimensions: The drilling diameter usually ranges from 6mm to 100mm, with common specifications of 12 – 55mm for standard models. The overall length is typically 57mm or 70mm, and the shank is mostly 10mm in diameter, with optional hex shank, round shank, or SDS plus shank for different drills.
  3. Structural Features: It generally has 2 precision-ground cutting edges and large chip-evacuation gullets. A sharp centered locating spur is designed for positioning, and some models adopt an X-wing head structure. The concentricity of the drill bit is less than 0.01mm, ensuring drilling accuracy.
  4. Operational Matching: It supports right-hand rotation and is compatible with hand-held power drills, drill presses, and CNC routers. It can handle workpieces with a thickness of 20 – 30mm and is also suitable for high-speed boring equipment.

Advantages

  1. Exceptional Durability: The tungsten carbide tip is highly wear-resistant and heat-resistant. Compared with ordinary steel bits, it stays sharp much longer and avoids burning during high-speed drilling.
  2. Precise & Clean Drilling
  3. Efficient Drilling & Chip Removal
